Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Deputy Gov. and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and Kyoto Fusioneering (KF) officials announced the company will move its U.S. headquarters to Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

UFP Packaging, an industrial packaging solutions and services provider, announced it is growing its South Carolina footprint with a new Cherokee County operation. The company’s $5.31 million investment will create 136 new jobs.​

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey announced that Italian aluminum die casting company 2A USA is again expanding its Auburn manufacturing facility with a $32 million investment. The Tier I automotive industry supplier’s expansion will increase production capacity for casting and machining complex and large aluminum components for the heavy truck industry. The expansion will create 50 jobs.

Wire and cable manufacturer Southwire is expanding its operations in Starkville. The project represents a corporate investment of more than $256 million and will create 128 jobs.
