JACKSON COUNTY — The city of Edna has entered into a separation agreement with Police Chief Kenny Pyle, ending his tenure as the city’s top law enforcement officer, according to City Manager Gary Broz.

The Victoria West Warriors of 5A, Division 2 are set to host the Bay City Blackcats of 4A, Division 1 Friday night at 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. It will be the first preseason scrimmage of the new campaign for both teams.
“We’ve been getting better everyday. I like the intensity of our workouts and we are growing as a team,” Warriors head coach Courtney Boyce said.
