C-Dory-16 looks like a sweet spot for me.

I'd love to eventually own a C-Dory 22 Cruiser but have never seen one in person. Any owners (or C-Dory get-togethers) in the Savannah ----> Jacksonville area? SSI GA here.

I am wanting to keep the temperature down inside the cabin when locked up and not in use. Mainly as I am hoping to minimize degradation to the power station that runs my mini a/c. This winter I intend to install a door to the compartment under the forward seat on the port side of my 2007 22 Cruiser. Unfortunately I neglected to take any photos of the door construction before I put the boat in the barn for the winter (about 3 hours from my home). I am hoping that one of you can send a photo or two and some measurements.
