This is really really helpful! Alishan Jin Xuan is what I have been seeing as the goto option but I didnt know where to start! Ive been ordering from One River tea (they dont sell Jin Xuan) Tea and Whisk, so I am still exploring which vendors are the best for teas.

Jin Xuan from Alishan tends to be of better quality and is usually unscented. Having said that, it lacks the complexity found in higher elevation teas, and for that reason, I haven't tried too many of them. Have you checked the go-to vendors for gaoshan (Floating Leaves, Wang Family Tea, Tea Masters, Hojo, Té Company, etc.) to see if they currently stock Alishan Jin Xuan? I've h...
