Can’t locate the vent filters for the holding tanks on my 1985 Hatteras Extended Deckhouse. I am sure they need to be changed since purchasing the boat.
Gone through the original owners manual, diagrams and boat blueprints and cannot their placement on the boat.

After reading many blogs it sounds like the Sterling 32 volt battery chargers with only 20 amps charging capacity I see a lot of people having trouble with that. What is the purpose on an inverter? I know that basically they convert DC to AC power. Why do we need one?
My boat has one, but the alarm kept beeping. My mechanic removed the control box cover and the beeping stopped. Everything still seems to be working fine. Is it worth the trouble and expense to trace this thing out?
