We’ve been busy, over the last few months in particular, what with new jobs and all. We both work shifts now, RD often working weekends.
So today we were both off together and thought we would follow the ‘French Sunday way’ and have a totally chilling day.

I sat on the sofa and was loved.
The big girl was by my side
Belly showing, smiling
With the tufty one on my chest
Head snuggled as close as she could
Mad eyebrows tickling my chin
And the cat, the old cat
Content on the back of the sofa,snoring right beside my ear
Even the tiny one tried to join us
But there was no room.
The hot weather in Europe and the UK has been so hot, as we know (I feel for all the wildlife in those wild fires) it has even affected Donegal, which is not normally known for it’s 30 degree weather.
