I've got injectors 7 at -13, 5 at -12, 3 at +2 and 1 at +12
I've replaced 1,5,7 because of the numbers and they are right back to the same out of spec numbers. What else could cause the injectors on the same rail to be so far off?
They get feed fuel from 7 to 1.
The other bank is perfect with a deviation of less than 3 among all 4 injectors.

Posted on a different forum and no one answered. I’ve got an 08 F250 with a 6.4L. Cold start just started a slight random misfire that I can’t pin down to a cylinder. I replaced all the injectors because I had 4 out of spec. I replaced the crank and cam sensor. No luck. After the engine reached optimal temp the misfire is gone.

Just finished 500 mile break in on fresh KKD steel piston long block. KC Stage 2 low pressure turbo, 25 over injectors, running a break in tune. New AirDog 2 5G lift pump with RCD fuel bowl delete regulated return.
I’ve have several issues maintaining the same pressure at the return gauge.
