Please can I remind anybody who is able, to put water out for visiting birds, animals and insects. I've been amazed this year at just how many bees I've had visiting on a daily basis, it's a very rewarding thing to do.

We're in Sotogrande for a week with my husband and our three teens It is roasting. I mean properly, unbearably hot. I've never sweated like this in my life under my bra, everywhere, it's honestly miserable. I keep sneaking off to the room every couple of hours just to strip off under the fan for five minutes so I don't lose my mind, then putting it all back on and going back out...

How long would you feel is a safe time to drive on a motorway without a break? I appreciate it's different person-to-person but on average, what is a safe time limit. Sparked by a discussion on a long motorway journey!

Hi, Unfortunately I have the awkward combination of greasy roots, dry ends and naturally curly hair which I'm always battling, so also very heat damaged - basically utterly knackered. Oh and quite a bit of thinning at the top, plus about 40% grey roots which I get covered with a semi every 6 ish weeks 👍 Anyway, the greasy roots and thinning crown make my hair flat at the top ...
