Miles per gallon?
Bought my Maverick Hybrid 26 about 2 weeks ago. driven about 700 miles. mainly to work and back about an 80 miles trip. Ive learned to drive in the "sweetspot" as was referenced in earlier posts..Im getting 44-47 mpg. I do drive the speed limit or slightly under..slow down lightly so the coach usually says 100 ..coast up to red lights and so forth..you guys getting similar resul...

Can I tap into the highbeam circuit for ditch lights?
I'm considering ditch lights to help with very dark rural roads, but I encounter on coming traffic pretty regularly. I'm hoping that I can tap into the high beam wiring or fuse so that aftermarket ditch lights will turn on/off with the high beam switch, rather than having to find a button in the dark on my dashboard.

26 Maverick XLT - AM reception sucks
The AM tuner on my 26 Maverick XLT hybrid sucks. All our other vehicles (including our most recent one, a 24 Toyota RAV4) bring in local AM stations clearly. The FM side is better, no issues. Local AM stations are very staticy.


AI tells me it's because modern vehicles are full of interfering electronics. If so, why does our 24 RAV4 work fine?

26 Maverick XLT - Door edge guards
I am looking for door edge guards made specifically for my Maverick.


I don't want an OTC solution that provides a roll of it that you cut to length and attach. I want one where it is already cut to length and follows the curve of the door edge. Attached is one we have for our 24 Toyota RAV4.
