    With Oregon in the throes of horrific forest fires, more than one threatening our favorite butterfly locations, Sandra and I turned our attention to a local favorite, the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. The Washougal is not nearly as full as it is earlier in the year, but as we shall see, there is still plenty of water going over Naked Falls.
