Is there a published formula of what percentage of dues are being returned?

Do different pilot groups get different percentances returned?


I received $950 last year for return of 2024 dues. And $980 in 2024 for return of 2023 dues.

Had an interview recently to be a flight planner and was invited to take a technical assessment. They also offered to allow me to jointly apply for a trip support specialist role during the interview.

What's the scoop on them? There's very little information online about them so I'm looking to get a bit of a better feel.
