My 2020 Palisade Limited with self leveling shocks now rides extremely rough with an up and down bouncy feel over rough roads that is very, very bad in particular for rear passengers. My Dash Camera is giving me the message No SD card detected. TH e original 64 GB Sd card is installed. Removed it and reinstalled it but the same message

I have chilled seats for the front seats and the blue lights are working and I can hear the motor running, however, it's not getting cold. I checked under the seats and the passage way is all clear, nothing blocking anywhere. any suggestions?
