So the serial number for my accessport starts with FOR0100 and is 10 digits. Is this correct? And also, does does he pre-program the serial number in before shipment? My accessport is AP3-APA-001

Hopefully I'll get a little compassion if I'm going about this completely wrong. I've done some searches here and can't find out the preferred method of draining the gas tank. I've found several ways watching YouTube videos and such but there must be one preferred go to method.
