German trance producer ALIMA continues his current run of independent releases with “Together,” an emotional vocal trance track arriving on August 14, 2026.

Following “Free With You” and the harder-edged collaboration “Made of Light” with Simon T.P., the new single brings the project back toward the melodic and uplifting side of the ALIMA sound.

Built around expressive vocals, progressive melodic development and driving trance energy, “Together” is one of the clearest examples yet of ALIMA’s focus on combining emotion with mainfloor momentum.

But the story behind the track began somewhere unexpected.

From a listener’s lyrics to a complete production

The origins of “Together” go back to a connection ALIMA made through TikTok with Sharon, a listener and lyric writer from the UK.

Sharon had written the lyrics and used them to create an initial demo. After receiving her explicit permission to work with the material, ALIMA extracted the vocals and began developing an entirely new musical production around them in Logic Pro.

Rather than simply adapting the music from the original demo, he experimented with different rhythms, melodies, harmonies and arrangements until the track began to take on its own identity.

The project initially started during autumn and winter 2025 before being placed aside for several months. When ALIMA returned to the production later, the distance gave him a fresh perspective on the arrangement and overall direction.

The result is a track that retains the emotional center of Sharon’s lyrics while placing them inside a new trance production created around ALIMA’s own melodic and rhythmic ideas.

Emotional trance at the center

Compared with the heavier rhythmic character of “Made of Light,” “Together” moves firmly back toward uplifting and emotional vocal trance.

A strong melodic center carries the production, while the vocals provide its emotional focus. Progressive elements help the track build gradually rather than relying only on a single peak moment.

The result feels both contemporary and familiar – a modern production rooted in the emotional trance sound that has remained central to ALIMA’s work.

For the producer, the release also represents one of the tracks in the current series that feels closest to the core identity of the project.

A visual idea built around connection

The theme of connection extends beyond the music.

The artwork for “Together” features contrasting cyan-blue and pink-magenta energy fields moving toward one another, eventually meeting in a brighter central point.

It visually reflects the central idea behind the release: two individual forces becoming something stronger through connection.

That idea also mirrors the unusual creative path of the track itself – beginning with lyrics from a listener and eventually developing into a complete ALIMA release.

Third chapter of the 2026 release run

“Together” is the third track in ALIMA’s current four-release chapter.

The run began with “Free With You” on July 31, followed by “Made of Light” on August 7. “Together” arrives on August 14, with “Eternal Pulse” scheduled to complete the series on August 21.

Each track is released in two formats:

Radio Edit – a concise version designed around the core song and vocal experience.

Extended Version – a longer arrangement allowing the trance progression to develop more fully.

With three releases now forming the shape of the current chapter, the contrast between them is becoming increasingly clear: “Free With You” introduced its emotional direction, “Made of Light” explored a harder rhythmic side, and “Together” brings the focus back toward melodic vocal trance.
