I came across the machine screw in the attached photo today. The oval head is about 5x4 mm, integral with the circular flange underneath, diameter maybe 8 mm.

Hi there

I'm new to this and home diy.

I've recently bought my first house and there is a shower in the pantry area as the previous tenant was elderly.

Sorry if I'm being stupid:

I want to help a friend remove a rust spot from below the water-line in a toilet. I'm attaching photos below of the toilet bowl and the cistern plumbing. I can't figure out how to empty the toilet bowl completely of water, so I can apply some presumably effective RustOleum rust stain remover that I got, and let it sit for a while to do it...

i had to get a new house, the old one burned. so on the new house i put a 8x15' and i put a metal roof over it for shade, i use to have a screen type tarp. anyway the temp gage setting just outside of my dining window is always abput 10 deg warmer than my lacross weather station temp gage. so i'm wondering if the tin roof is actually throwing the heat down into the deck area. i ...
