I had cold smoked salmon on a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, onion, and capers. I also had some of the leftover beets with lemon and butter and and some hot giardiniera.

There's rave reviews about this. I just got me a pellet grill and a pizza steel. Some guys say this doesn't work. How do I go about doing this?
