I have an FS-542 with a C1106 code. The stapler has come loose from the drive belt and is stuck at the back. I pulled off the front cover so I can reach in, but I can't get it to move. The stapler removal procedure requires moving the stapler to the front. Any ideas on what I can do?

Any one can help me, I have Sharp with an error of H3:02 and trying to reset in service mode.
Unfortunately machine is asking for password for service which the customer has no idea.
Any way to cancel this?

The nightmare started when I went to Autozone for the pads. It took over an hour for them to look up the correct part number. The front has Brembo performance brakes. To save time I'll cut it short. They still gave me the wrong pads.

I'm working on a MX-M1206. The fuser web was replaced 95K ago and is rated for 500K, but it has already tripped the FK3 code for some reason. I'll inspect the machine for a broken web sensor flag, but is there a a soft switch to prevent these high speed machines from displaying the FK3 or FK4 maintenance due messages?
