I just finished watching this B&H Video on Bird in Flight Photography with Mellisa Groo. At the 52:00-minute mark, near the end of the video, she touches on the ethical behavior that we, as bird photographers, should exercise. She tells a brief personal story to make the point.

It made me wonder why I haven't seen other (short) videos on nature photography ethic...

While at Arches in Utah, I viewed hte Delicate Arch from the lower viewing point because it was was too far and too much uphill for me to make the trip. I then used the Remove people function in Photoshop to the second result. Post processing worked in this case to just keep what I was actually there to see. Good enough for me as a reminder and memory of ths beautiful area.

These are a few of my favorite brown bear cub shots from this summer in Lake Clark National Park. The overcast light that day was incredible - soft, even, and absolutely perfect for wildlife photography. Diffused light works well for almost any subject, but oh man - it’s pure magic with brown bears, especially their cubs.
