I think if a bunch of appraisers all decided to take a 2-3 week vacation in late Oct/early Nov.....it would be really funny and shut down these AMC's overnight. That's all.

Using the "Manufactured on Land" Sub-type in the Residential Detail CRMLS search function doesn't reveal ANY manufactued home activity in Idyllwild. EVER.
